How It Works

1. Registration:To sell items on our platform, you must first register by creating an account with your personal information. Buyers can browse listings without registration, but must register to make purchases.

2. Listing Items:After registering, sellers can list their items by providing details such as title, description, category, price, condition, and images through our "Sell" form.

3. Browsing and Purchasing:Buyers can browse and search for items on our platform. To purchase an item, buyers must log in or register for an account.

4. Payment and Shipping:When a buyer makes a purchase, they will pay the item price and shipping cost directly to our company. The seller will then be notified to package and ship the item to the buyer.

5. Delivery and Acceptance:Upon receiving the item, the buyer must inspect it and confirm acceptance. If the item is accepted, our company will release the payment to the seller, minus a 10% commission fee.

6. Returns and Refunds:If the buyer is not satisfied with the item, they can initiate a return or refund request through our platform, subject to our return and refund policies.

7. Customer Support:Our dedicated customer support team is available to assist both buyers and sellers with any questions or concerns throughout the process.
